Here’s what it will look like when you start out:

The program is always free for up to 25 donors. Once you get close to that point, or at it, you will receive warnings, and until you purchase a subscription, you won’t be able to add more donors.

To go past that, choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly, and choose the number of donors you think you will have over the next period of time by dragging the slider button across. That will change the displayed price, and change the button at the bottom to read Select Plan. Clicking that button will put you into some pages for Stripe, our payment processor, to make your subscription payment. Once you subscribe, you will actually have a 30-day free period before the first payment is made.

If you have actually hit the limit of donors on your current plan and then pay, it will take a few minutes before the application knows that you have paid, and lets you add more donors. You may also have to refresh your browser before it works.

You can upgrade your number of donors in the future, paying a prorated amount based on your displayed Expiration Date, by making further changes in this page.

Once you have a billing plan selected, the button at the bottom of this window changes to say Update Plan. You can click on that, after changing the slider to a higher donor count, to go to a Stripe Customer Portal where you can change your plan (maximum number of donors), change your payment method, cancel your subscription etc.
